You are not able to change the order yourself. You can fill in this submit a request form if you want to make changes to your order. Our service team will then make sure to amend your order, and if necessary they will inform the carrier.
Be aware that in some cases the carrier will not be able to process your change request if it is last minute. That's why we would like to urge you to inform us about changes as soon as possible. If you submit changes before the cut off time of your order* your change can definitely be implemented. If you submit a change after the cut off time it might result in extra costs or it might be too late to process the change.
For example: you want to change your pallet count on the day of loading. Unfortunately the planning of your order was already closed. In case you want to ship less pallets there is no major issue, the carrier will still load all your goods. However, because they have reserved a spot for every pallet you will still need to pay for the initial pallet count as they can not use that space for other pallets anymore. If you want to ship more than planned we will request this at the carrier and if they truck is not yet full we can add it to your order for an extra charge.
*the cut off time of your order: this is the time when the planning of the carrier closes. Depending on whether it is a domestic or international shipment this time may vary. In general for domestic shipments the planning closes at 16:00 PM on the day before loading and for international orders at 12:00 PM on the day before loading.
