Quicargo is a B2B platform from origin, this means that our standard delivery times are between 08:00 and 17:00.

Usually we deliver to warehouses or factories during regular business hours. Our partner carriers also plan your order during the day from 08:00 - 17:00.

In some cases pickup or delivery locations have restricted opening hours or you want to deliver to a B2C location. In that case we recommend you to book a timeslot to avoid a failed pickup or delivery attempt. For a failed pickup attempt you have to pay 70% and for a failed delivery attempt you pay 100% of the freight charge, but of course this also results in delays and extra work for you as a shipper. 

Please be aware that a timeslot booking makes planning your order more difficult. So only book timeslots when it is absolutely necessary. We charge extra for these timeslots. The amount depends on the time frame:

• Time frame of 1 hour - €69,50
• Time frame of 2 hours - €49,95
• Time frame of 3 hours - €29,95
• Time frame of 4 hours - €24,95
• Time frame of 5 hours - €14,95
• Time frame of 6 hours - €9,95
• Time frame of 7 hours - €7,50 

The carrier will aim to load or unload your goods during this timeslot. But be aware that logistics is a dynamic process and many factors influence the planning of an order. We therefore recommend you to always plan well in advance and to make sure there is some room for potential delays or changes.
