When booking the order it is possible to give additional pickup or delivery instructions, for example: "Register at the counter, company X". As Quicargo has a broad network of carriers, it is practically not possible to make sure all instructions will be carried out.
The instructions will always be handed over to the carriers, but we cannot fully guarantee them. Therefore it is important to make sure the success of an order is not depending solely on the instruction, we advise against instructions such as 'call 1 hour in advance, otherwise no one will be present". The order is always leading and instructions should be complementary.
