It is important that the receiving party carefully checks a shipment for possible damage before accepting it. If the pallet was damaged during transport, this must be noted down on the CMR/POD and signed by the recipient and the carrier.
We strive for a high standard of carriers. If your goods are unexpectedly damaged during transport, please write this on the CMR/POD when receiving the items and contact Quicargo as soon as possible by sending an e-mail to service@quicargo.com. Please provide us with the CMR/POD mentioning the damage and pictures of the damage.
A damage claim is always between the customer and the carrier. Quicargo has a supporting role in communication. Once Quicargo has been notified of damage to a particular shipment, our service team will contact the carrier to ask them what happened. Quicargo will provide you with this information and you can decide whether to start a claim against the carrier.
