Step 1:
Request a connection via the Quicargo platform as to enable Quicargo as a Shipper provider in your Picqer environment. This can take around 48 hours to activate.
Step 2:
After receiving confirmation via email that Quicargo is enabled in your Picqer environment, you can go into your "Settings"
Step 3:
Click on the button "Shipping providers"
Step 4:
Click on the button "Add new shipping provider"
Step 5:
Click on the button "Connect" of the Quicargo shipping provider
Step 6:
Fill in the field "Username" with your Quicargo username (Which you can always find in your User settings in the Quicargo platform) and the field "Password" with the password provided in the quicargo platform. When filled in, click on Save.

Step 7:
Fill in the fields requested to make a profile:
For the profile name:
Try to construct it in a way that it is easy to recognize when booking:
{Warehouse name for pickup} - {Amount of item} {Type of goods} - {Backlift required if pallet transport}
Examples:
- Warehouse Amsterdam - 1 Europallet - Backlift
- Warehouse Amsterdam - 2 Europallet - Backlift
- Warehouse Amsterdam - 1 Minipallet - without backlift
- Warehouse Rotterdam - 1 Pallet 120x120x220 - without backlift
- Warehouse Rotterdam - 1 Parcel - Max 130 cm length / 20 kg / 300 cm girth
- Warehouse Rotterdam - 1 Oversized parcel - Max 200 cm length / 50 kg / 470 cm girth
To provide a correct name will make it easier to recognize the shipping profile to choose for you order.
Step 8:
Add as many shipping profiles as you have:
- Pickup addresses
- Amount of goods you want to ship
- Type of packaging you want to ship (Parcel, Pallet, Oversized Parcel)
- Max measurements and weight of goods
- If a backlift is required for the delivery address
