You are not able to change the order yourself. You can fill in this submit a request form if you want to make changes to your order. Our service team will then make sure to amend your order, and if necessary they will inform the carrier.
In case of changes to an order, Quicargo is entitled to claim part of the freight charge, this is constructed as follows:
- 1 working day before the planned loading day until 14:00 – The Customer can change the order without being charged.
- Between 14:00 and 17:00 on a working day before the planned loading day – the Customer may be charged 70% of the agreed freight charge.
- After 17:00 on a working day before the planned loading day – the Customer may be charged 100% of the freight charge.
- On the planned loading day – the Customer may be charged 100% of the freight charge.
