In order to know whether a tail lift or side loading truck is required certain criteria need to be understood.
Pallets smaller than 240cm in length:
Pallets that are less than 240cm long/wide do not require a side loading truck. If you do not have a forklift available at the loading/delivery location, we would advise to book a tail lift. This will allow for your pallet to be loaded and unloaded from the truck with the help of a tail lift.
Pallets larger than 240cm:
Pallets that are larger than 240cm long/wide will require a side loading truck since these cannot fit through the back opening of a truck. In this situation it is important to also know if a forklift is present at the loading/unloading location.
