In the event that your pallet is not ready when the carrier arrives to pick it up the carrier will not be obliged to stay and wait. There is an amount of time reserved for waiting at a pick-up/delivery location (read more). Should the carrier not be able to load the pallet a freight error fee will be charged (100% of shipping costs).
In the event that no one is present at the pick-up/delivery location and the carrier is unable to load/unload your shipment, the above mentioned error fee will also apply. Another pickup/delivery event will be planned by the carrier for the following day.
