When your goods are damaged during transport and Quicargo has not informed you about this, we request that you immediately contact Quicargo. We strive to make sure that we have a high standard of carriers. Making a note on the CMR/POD when receiving your shipment as well as taking photos of the damage are advisable.
Once Quicargo has been informed about damage to a certain shipment, our service team will get in touch with the carrier who caused it to file a claim. In order to start a damage claim, we need the following:
- All pictures that show the damage.
- An invoice from where we can see the purchasing value of the goods.
- A signed POD that states the damage
